| The RIAA most be deystroyed. They are sick, twisted, little bastards. They sued a 12 year old girl from city projects. The settle ment they reaced was for $2,000 dollars. Thats 100 CDs (roughly, assuming $20 a pop) and assuming 10 songs per CD, thats a 1000 songs. I've been at college for a year and have downloaded only half off that. What are the chances that a little girl from the projects download $2000 worth of music. Those bastard already charge way too much for CDs. Its time we as consumers did something. I applaud Universial for dropping all there recommend retail price to $12.95. On a side note, maybe we shoul all shop at Target for our music, I bought Switchfoot, AFI, and Rancid's new albums all for under $10 each in the past week. | | |

I hate my sister becuase shes a complete and total, self centered bitch. I hate my family because my mom allows her to be a bitch. I hate my brother because he always rubs in the fact that he is better than me. I hate Israel because there a murderous bunch of money grubbing, innocent people killing world sactioned, US equiped terrorists who think there better than everybody else. I hate Americans because we are fat, lazy lard asses whose marriages fail because we don't know how to talk on a human level. And I hate humans because we kill for no reasons. I look at these terrorist who kill and it makes me sick. There is a time and a place for killing, but its not now!!! How many more innocent people must die? How many? And most of all I hate myself because I'm an utter failure at everything I do. I can't even make a real fucking post to xanga. | | |

| Ok, for those of you who don’t know, I’ve started work on a computer game. It’s going to be an action-rpg based loosely on Pat Frank’s Alas Babylon. But right now I can’t concentrate on code writing and decided to spout of another one of my useless opinions. I’ve decided that I’m a walking contradiction. I claim to be a bleeding heart liberal; I harbor some ultra-conservative thoughts some of which I won’t even say here. But to get the ball rolling: gun control. I believe the biggest threat from guns is irresponsible individuals that don’t know how to use or store their weapon. Too many people leave their guns available in places where they think their kids won’t find it. But they do and year after year, too many children are dying because someone didn’t take the necessary steps to secure the gun. That’s why I feel compelled to strongly support gun legislation. I see almost no reason for any guns to be kept in the house. I think all personally owned guns should be kept at local gun clubs where people go and check out their gun for when they want to go hunting or to the range. The excuse that I need it for self protection is ridiculous. Statistics show that people who carry a handgun are more likely to be severely hurt in a crime setting. The only people who might possible need guns at their houses for protection are farmers or individuals who live out in the wild where bears and such might stray to close to the house.
That done lets move onto race. I’ve lived overseas for six years in Korea and Germany. I had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe and why I couldn’t learn to "fit in" in that particular country, I tried to act European or non-American. Why? Because it makes the travel more enjoyable. Europeans are a little resentful of close minded Americans who expect everywhere they go to be mini-America. And they’re right, it’s their country! Learn their customs and traditions and make an effort to communicate at them and don’t just shout English at them. But if there’s one place I want to see America its in America. But no! Everywhere, I look it’s another ethnic/religious group setting up shop here in America. If you come to America, learn English!!!! I’m so tired of all the Spanish channels and Korean newspapers and people trying to start their own mini-country here in America!!! If you love your country so much, go back and stay there because this is America with its own language and culture.
And finally on to the gays. You might be expecting me to bash them here, but you’re wrong. I refuse to bash them. Seems like the rest of America is against them. It really pisses me off when ‘Christians’ get all Sodom and Gomorrah on them. They’re sinners so what!? GET OVER IT!!! We’re all sinners. Oh, wait… They lead a life of constant sin? How many of us don’t struggle with sinning in the same place over and over again? God commanded us to love everybody and when he says everybody, he doesn’t exclude the gays or the blacks or the Islamic terrorist. It’s not our job to send them to hell, it’s our job to try and save them. It’s more important that they except Christ then they become straight. That’s our job. If they want to get married, let them. They will have to answer for their lifestyle to their maker. God’s not going to send me to hell because Bob likes Jim. I have enough of my own problems. | | |
